Digital Radiographs
Our office uses digital radiographs, as opposed to traditional film—an upgrade that means images can be taken and viewed instantly. These images are available to the dentist immediately, allowing Dr. Mouradian to begin diagnosis.
Digital radiographs also emit significantly lower radiation per exposure (0.07 mV/s) compared to conventional ones (0.35 mV/s). Additionally, they are better for the environment; since film and its development are no longer required, there’s no associated chemicals and other waste.
